Claude W. Renninger founded Renco in 1974. 

The original site was a 6,000 sq. ft. facility on Central Road.  All eight Renninger children have worked in the family business through the years. 

In 1986 the business moved into a larger facility at its current Rt. 11 address.  Business continued to grow until fire destroyed the building on March 14, 1992.  Temporary quarters were opened in an empty section of the former Giant Plaza. 

Thanks to the efforts of many friends and neighbors, business was able to continue during the yearlong rebuilding process.  In April of 1993, Renco opened its doors in a new, larger building. 

Renco has been in business for over 45 years and continues to serve the community helping them with all their home and hardware needs.
